Booking
You can book an appointment by either telephone or email. You can also contact the therapist directly - their individual contact details can be found on Practitioner Profile Pages
Payment
Payment for all face to face to face appointments is made at the time of consultation. You can pay in cash or by cheque. Some therapist de require a deposit prior to the session.
Cancellations
Providing you give at least 24 hours notice for a cancellation there will be no charge and a full refund will be given when advance payment has been made. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged at 50% of the full session rate. This may vary with different therapists.
Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available and start from £25. These can make an excellent gift for a special occasion. Please contact us for details.
